What to have ready

When online booking is activated, we will ask for the appliance type, brand, model number, serial number, a photo of the model/serial tag, photos of the appliance/problem area, and a short description of the symptoms.

Service-call fee & repair credit

The appliance service-call fee is $89. When an eligible repair is approved and completed the same day, the $89 service-call amount is credited toward the repair. Travel surcharges, when applicable, are separate and are not credited.
