These are the current operating policies planned for ATL Repair Pro. Final legal wording can be refined before launch.
Service-call fees
Appliance service call: $89. Furniture service call: $69. An applicable travel surcharge is added separately based on the service address.
Same-day repair credit
The qualifying appliance or furniture service-call amount is credited toward an eligible repair when the repair is approved and completed the same day. Travel surcharges are not credited.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellations receive a 50% refund of the service-call fee under the policy. Rescheduling is allowed when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Travel zones
Zone 1: 0–30 miles from Atlanta 30303, no surcharge. Zone 2: 30.1–50 miles, $40 surcharge. Zone 3: 50+ miles, call for availability; travel starts at $75. Travel surcharges are not credited toward repairs.
30-day warranty
Qualifying labor and parts purchased through ATL Repair Pro are covered for 30 days. Coverage does not apply to unrelated failures, customer-supplied parts, misuse, abuse, external damage, or conditions outside the scope of the original repair.
Service exclusions
Appliance service excludes sealed-system repairs. Furniture service excludes full reupholstery and complete refinishing.
